How do I do make a purchase?  

As our quantities are limited for each size, snap up what strikes your fancy quickly!

  1. Make sure you selected the correct “Ship To” country shown at the top of the website.
  2. Select the size you want and click 'Add to Bag'
  3. Continue shopping and add items to your shopping bag
  4. Click “View Bag” to apply promotional coupon codes or to use your Mini Dollars, click “Checkout” if there are none to be used.
  5. Follow the steps to enter billing, shipping, shipping method and payment information.
  6. At “Order Review” step, check the items in your order for a final time. Click “Place Order” when you are ready to proceed to payment.
  7. You will be redirected to a 3D secure payment page to enter your credit card details.
  8. When your order is received, we will send you an email to acknowledge your order with your order details
  9. We will take 2-4 working days to process and ship out your items. Once the order is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation with your shipment tracking code.

Are your products authentic and new?

Every item that we sell is 100% authentic and brand new.  We source our products directly from brands and authorized stockists to offer you a selection of designer and quality brands at discounted prices.  Your items will be sent in its original packaging and/or with their original tags as far as possible. Our experienced buyers also check every item to ensure its quality meets our high standards. 

What does the original price mean?

The price with a strikethrough on it (shown above the selling price on our website) is the full retail price at which an item or comparable item may be sold at retail stores and other non-discount sellers in the region. You may wish to use the original selling price as an approximate guide in your evaluation of our prices.

Where can I find more information on a product?

All information we have about the item is displayed directly in the detailed product page, including all the sizes we currently have in stock.  In the detailed product page, you will find images, detailed description, and recommendations of other items you might also like. 

Brand profile and brand-specific size chart are also available on the detailed product page.

What size should I buy?

The brand’s detailed size chart, which typically shows the measurements associated to the product size, can be found under the detailed product page.  For more details on general size guidelines, you can find it here.

Can I cancel an order?

As we aim to process your order as quickly as possible, you will not be able to cancel your order once you have confirmed payment.

What is my account good for?

By creating an account, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, and make use of the following functions:

  • subscribe/unsubscribe to our newsletters (under “Account Dashboard”)
  • change your email address or password (under “Account Information”)
  • store multiple shipping and billing addresses (under “Address Book”)
  • view and track your orders, and view past orders (under “My Orders”)
  • add items from your wishlist to your shopping bag or share them with friends (under “My Wishlist”)
  • view your Mini Dollars balance and expiration date, view transaction history regarding your Mini Dollars, redeem coupons to receive Mini Dollars, subscribe/unsubscribes to email notifications for balance updates and Mini Dollar expirations (under “My Mini Dollars”)

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, you can click on “Forgot your password?” in the account login window, and we will send you a new password to your account’s email address.



What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Paypal, Visa and Mastercard.

Is it safe to use my credit card to purchase products?

Yes, we work with AsiaPay to ensure that your credit card information is secure. To increase your security, we do not collect your credit card information. Upon purchasing, you will be redirected to AsiaPay’s PayDollar 3D secure site to process your credit card payment on behalf of our company Little Playground Pte Ltd.

Will my information be kept confidential?

We use your information only to process orders, to provide an enhanced and personalized shopping experience, and to inform you of special offers and discounts. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.



What are Mini Dollars?

Mini Dollars are issued by Mini Outfitters and are equivalent to its amount in Singapore dollar value i.e. 1 Mini Dollar = S$1. 
Mini Dollars are credited to your account through:

1) Refund Credits – We make a refund to you for eligible returns

2) Referral Credits – You earn Mini Dollars for a successful referral

How do I check my Mini Dollars balance?

You can view your Mini Dollars balance when you log in under “Account Dashboard” or “My Mini Dollars”. 

What can Mini Dollars be used for?

You can use part or all of your Mini Dollars towards your purchase at Mini Outfitters when you click on “View Bag”. 

When you select the option to use your Mini Dollars, it is automatically applied to your order total. 
 Should the amount of Mini Dollars exceed your order total, the remaining Mini Dollars will be stored in your account and can be used towards your subsequent orders. 

What are the terms and conditions of Mini Dollars?

  1. Mini Dollars will be deducted from your account when redeemed for a purchase.
  2. You may use Mini Dollars to pay for all the items in your basket.
  3. Mini Dollars may be used in conjunction with other discounts, coupons and sales
  4. Mini Dollars are valid for 1 year from date of issuance
  5. Mini Dollars do not accrue interest nor can they be redeemed for cash.

Yes. We offer free shipping for all orders above S$80 shipped within Singapore. For orders under S$80, we offer S$6 flat rate shipping.

How much is your international shipping?

We offer two shipping options to most countries - flat rate shipping and registered airmail which you can choose during checkout.

How long will the shipping take?

We take 2-4 working days to process and ship your orders. The shipping time (excluding order processing time) is as follows:

Singapore: We use Ninja Van and Singapore Post to deliver all orders within 2-4 business days.

Indonesia: We use Aramex and Singapore Post to deliver all orders within 5-12 business days.

Asian Countries: We use Aramex and Singapore Post to deliver all orders within 4-10 business days.

North America, Europe & Middle East: We use Aramex and Singapore Post to deliver all orders within 5-12 business days.

Other Countries: We use Aramex and Singapore Post to deliver all orders within 4-12 business days.

Is my package insured and is there signature required upon delivery?

Your items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from us to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorize for packages to be delivered without a signature. We do not deliver to PO box addresses and addresses within restricted areas.

However, please note that for registered airmail shipping method, the items are not fully insured and is only trackable for certain countries.  However, a signature on delivery will still be required.

Are taxes and duties included?

Singapore: There is no GST charged on your orders.

Indonesia:  To facilitate orders for our Indonesian customers, we offer three options at checkout.  1) An all-inclusive shipping option where all import duties, customs and taxes will be prepaid by us; or (2) flat rate shipping-only option and (3) registered SIngapore Post airmail option where the customer has to bear all import duties, customs and taxes payable.  For the flat rate shipping-only option and registered Singapore Post airmail option, payment of all import duties, customs, taxes and any clearing fees is necessary to to release your order from customs upon arrival.

Other Countries: Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes including any clearing fees levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival. The shipping company will contact you directly to help facilitate the necessary payments if required.

Am I able to track an order?

Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number & tracking instructions when your order has shipped out. You can also retrieve your tracking information when you log into your account under “My Orders”.

However, please note that for registered airmail method, the items are not fully insured and is only trackable for certain countries.  However, a signature on delivery will still be required.

Can I change my shipping address?

Once we receive your order, we aim to ship it to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, we cannot change your shipping address once it has been processed. However, you may email us at with subject title “Urgent Change of Order Placed” with your order number.  We will try our very best to accommodate your request.



What is the return policy?

We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. We offer a 30-day return policy (from shipment date) subject to the Return Procedures (as described below).  Please note final sale items are not eligible for returns.  

We will refund you the amount charged less delivery charges in the form of an account credit (ie. Mini Dollars).  If you return items which will take the value of your order below our free delivery minimum order threshold, we may deduct the original delivery fees you would have had to pay. Kindly note that the refund credit (ie. Mini Dollars) is valid for 1 year from the date issued.

What is the exchange policy?

Due to our limited stocks and size availability, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for a different style or size, we suggest you return it and purchase the new item separately. 

What happens if I receive incorrect or defective items?

We check
 every item we receive for defects.  But if we have sent you incorrect items or if the items were damaged upon receipt, we will replace the items and refund you the return shipping cost.  If no replacement is available, we will issue a full credit refund to the payment mode that you used for the purchase.  The refund will include the original delivery charges for sending the items plus your return shipping cost. 

Please note that the return of incorrect or defective items sent is subject to the following:

  1. a Return Request submitted within 7 days from you receiving the incorrect or damaged items;
  2. Return Procedures (described below) was followed;
  3. the defect is not minor or trivial; and
  4. a copy of the receipt for the return shipping cost was included.  Kindly note that we will reimburse up to S$20 for the return shipping cost.

We strongly recommend that you select an insured and trackable shipping service.

How do I return an item?

Simply log into “My Account” and submit a Return Request under “My Returns Requests”. Click on “New Return Request” and include the reason for returning your item(s). If an item is defective, please provide details of the defect. After you submit the Return Request, go to “View Request” and click on “Print Request Info” (found on top right hand corner of Request Details page).

Please return your item(s) to us within 30 days of shipment date together with the printed Request Info form. Items should be returned to Mini Outfitters, 6 Tagore Drive, Tagore Building #04-16, Singapore 787623. We strongly recommend that you select an insured and trackable shipping service.

What are the Return Procedures?

To initiate a return, please log into “My Account” and submit a Returns Request under “My Returns Requests” and send your item back to us within 30 days after the item shipment date together with the printed Request Info form.

For Singapore customers, we are happy to facilitate your returns by arranging a pick-up service to collect your item.  Please email us at to arrange this.  The pick-up service is free for returns due to incorrect or defective items sent.  For all other returns in Singapore, there will be a S$10 fee deducted from your refund if you choose a pick-up service.

Items should be returned in their original packaging so they are protected in transit.  Shoeboxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product.  Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all the original packaging and all tags still attached.  Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.

Final sale items are not eligible for returns. For hygiene purposes, the following products are not eligible for returns: underwear, swimwear, stuffed toys, bedding and blankets.

How do I check on my returns request status?

Simply log into your account and check your Returns Request status under “My Returns Requests”. 



How do I apply discount and promotional coupons?

Enter your coupon codes in the “Enter your coupon code” box on the “View Bag” page. Please ensure the code you entered matches exactly with the one you have received (coupon codes are case sensitive). Click “Apply Coupon” button after entering your code.  The discount and promotion will be automatically applied to your order.

Why couldn’t the discount or promotional coupon be applied to my order

Please ensure you fulfill the requirements to use the code. Check if the code:

  • has met the minimum order amount?
  • is only for first time customer?
  • Is only valid for one-time use?
  • is only valid for certain products or brands?
  • has expired?



Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards are useful for baby showers, holiday and birthday gifts when you are unsure what your friend or relative will like.  To purchase gift cards, please click on “Gift Card” under “Shopping With Us” found on the bottom right hand corner of the website.  The gift cards will be sent to your recipient by email. 

How do I redeem a gift card?

To redeem a gift card, you can either:

  1. Enter your gift card code in the “Redeem and use your Gift Card now" box on the “View Bag” page and then click “Apply” button; or
  2. Proceed to “Checkout” and select “Gift Card” under Payment Information step. Enter your gift card code in the “Your Gift Card Code” box and click “Add Gift Card” button.

Please ensure the code you entered matches exactly with the one you have received. The gift card will be automatically applied to your order total.

What if the gift card value is more than my order?

If you place an order less than the value of the gift card, the remaining credit can be applied to your future purchases at Mini Outfitters as long as the gift card has not expired.
